Signing in and Notification of Absence
All Cadets are required to sign in when arriving at Cadets each Thursday. A QR code is provided on arrival.
Instances where a Cadet cannot attend Parade for a valid reason then a parent is asked to complete a Parade Absence Form in advance of the missed session.
It is important to understand that Cadets are expected to attend Parade regularly and that any absence means that sections of training will be missed. This may cause a delay in achievement of awards/proficiencies.
Failure to sign in on arrival or submit a notification of absence will result in an unauthorised absence being recorded.
Change of Parental Contact Details and/or Cadet Medical Information
Parents should use the enclosed google form to notify us of any changes to their contact details, telephone or email. Please also use this form to advise us of any changes to medical information for the Cadet that you think we should be aware of.
Activity Consent Form
A parent is required to complete this form in advance of ALL trips. Failure to submit a form may result in a Cadet not being permitted to join. All forms submitted must originate from a parental email address. You will be asked to supply the Cadets unique subscription number – this is the order confirmation number given by the school shop when paying the annual subscription charge. You will be asked to submit this form for every individual trip to ensure we capture current information relating to the Cadet.
Outgoing Cadets
If a Cadet no longer wishes to attend weekly parade we ask that you please let us know by using the google form below.
Please arrange for all uniform and/or kit items to be returned to CCF as soon as possible. Ideally they should be handed into the section office (lower Hawkins). Alternatively they may be handed into the school reception.
Please allow up to one working week from submitting the leaving form for your details to be removed from our mailing lists.
