On Thursday evening, the Army Section proudly witnessed the promotion of three senior cadets to the rank of Sergeant Major – a significant achievement and a testament to their leadership, dedication, and progression through the cadet ranks.
This special evening also saw the formal handover of responsibility from our outgoing Company Sergeant Major (CSM) and Sergeant Major (SM), who ceremonially passed on the pace stick and cane to their successors. These symbols of authority and discipline now rest in the hands of the next generation of leaders.
As we prepare to say farewell to our outgoing senior cadets in July, we take this opportunity to thank them for their service, commitment, and the outstanding example they have set throughout their time in the Army Section.
